There are a lot of videos on YouTube/TikTok etc. that give the appearance of education, but if you look closely they are really just entertainment.
Unless you are learning something very specific, close the "Learn XYZ in 10 minutes" tabs and alocate a good 4 hours. Take notes, read, re-read, and process.
